FIRST STEP - Contact us!

You can contact us either by mail, e-mail or telephone. Please supply details about your dental condition. If you have had a Panoramic X-Ray taken already and/or you have digital photos about your teeth, please send it to our office as it would be a helpful and additional informaion to the dentist. We will send the X-Ray (if it is not digital) back as soon as possible.

SECOND STEP

After the dentist has seen your X-Ray or/and photos he should be able to recommend certain treatments and we will send you the details and a summary of costs and time of the procedure, as well as the number of the days required to stay in Budapest.

If you do not have any X-Rays, we can still give you a preliminary assessment once you let us know about your dental needs.

We are opening a practice in London soon, where we will be offering consultations in order  to make the process quicker and easier for our customers.

THIRD STEP

If you are satisfied with the assessment you have received and we have answered any queries, we start to organize your trip to Hungary. We will ask for you for the best suitable appointment date (and will make every effort to accomodate this.). Please be aware that the clinic is open on Saturdays as well. We offer to help you find cheap flights, if you reqest this, and can book the hotel/appartmant that you choose from our selection. Please note most of the hotels provide discount to our patients!

We provide with free transfers to and from the airport directly to your hotel and to the dental surgery.

If requested we can help to organize a holiday itinery whilst in Hungary, like visiting the Spa, boat trips or sightseeing in the countryside.

AFTERCARE

Once your treatment is completed and you have returned home, but we will still keep in contact with you. You can contact us for aftercare advice, report your experiences or with any questions you may have. If any problem does occur after the treatment, please let us know, we are there to help you.
